Generally, in 10 to 30 minutes after the glue is applied, the glue will reach 90% dry and the hand should not be sticky. The adhesive is required to be used for adhesion, and must not be glued to the adhesive.
3. Pressure: after the bonding, remove the surface debris, and use the special rubber hammer to hammer the two sides of the joint to make the surface full of contact and firm.
4. Curing: the curing time is usually three days, and the final strength is usually 10 days. Therefore, during curing, it is necessary to pay close attention to its maintenance, avoiding excessive exposure to the sun, flooding and moving, so as to achieve the best state of bonding. After adhesion, it is necessary to clean the grass of the artificial turf field with the imported cleaner before the sand and rubber particles are removed.
Matters needing attention during construction: when the artificial lawn is glued to the construction, the adhesive can not be exposed to the time, because the solvent volatilization can cause the viscosity too large to be constructed.
