Under the premise of ensuring the quality, PP cloth, non-woven fabric and mesh cloth have their own advantages and disadvantages. For the durability and service life of artificial turf, the artificial turf base fabric is single layer. PP or non-woven fabrics are rare, and most of them use composite base fabrics to make them work together to achieve the best results. But at the same time, there will naturally be an increase in cost. The base fabrics that are commonly used today are composite bottoms and mesh bottoms. Composite woven fabric, durable, good anti-corrosion performance, good adhesion to glue and grass line, easy to be firm; mesh fiber bottom, using fiberglass and other materials, to increase the strength of the bottom and the binding force of grass fiber is better s help.
Since the artificial turf fabric is placed at the bottom, it is directly in contact with the foundation, and is often exposed to the sun and rain, even immersed in water, so it must be breathable and waterproof, durable and anti-aging effect. If the artificial turf base fabric is thin or the quality of the base fabric is not good, it will be corroded and cracked, which will seriously affect the service life of the artificial turf.
