1. How to design the drain under artificial lawn football field:
Generally, seepage drainage is adopted, and the underground seepage system is closely related to the site structure, mostly in the form of blind ditches. The drainage gradient of the football field should be controlled in the range of 0.3%~0.8%, and that of the artificial turf field (no seepage function) should not be less than 0.8%, (with seepage function) should be 0.3%. Outdoor drainage ditch is not less than 400mm.
Two. How to clean and maintain artificial turf in football field:
1. Basic requirements for maintenance:
Artificial grass lawn, artificial grass field maintenance, artificial grass, football field maintenance, artificial grass basketball court, artificial grass tennis court when the stadium artificial turf installation is completed, it will take at least two weeks to stabilize the grass fiber. Although sports events can be held during this period, we recommend that all heavy equipment and unnecessary traffic vehicles not enter the stadium. And during this period of time, to minimize the number of cleaning, especially not in high temperature cleaning. In addition, unlike natural grasslands, man-made turf often takes weeks of use and weathering to achieve optimal performance. This period of time not only requires the straw fiber to be stable, but also requires appropriate particle filling to achieve a comfortable, suitable for long-term movement of the ideal state.
2, cleaning and decontamination:
Rain is the best cleaner for artificial grass. It can gently wash away the dust, pollen and other airborne pollutants from grass fibers. In any case, artificial grass sites need to clear away rubbish in time and reduce the following problems:
(1) place enough rubbish bins to avoid spillage.
(2) draw out a special parking lane to reduce dirt and vehicle prints on the playground.
(3) emphasize smoke-free environment. If possible, use chewing gum similar to cigarettes.
3, small-scale cleaning:
It will be easier to clean paper, peanut shells, melon seeds and tapes in time after the game. A satisfactory vacuum cleaner can suck into paper, food residue and surface dust.
When using these machines, there are several points to note:
(1) brush type
The cleaner must have a synthetic fiber brush, similar to nylon or polyolefin, with a minimum length of 2.5 inches. Brushes should not contain metal or metal wires.
(2) brush installation
Proper use of the cleaner will not take away the rubber particles filled in the turf, so brush installation deserves special attention. The specific installation method depends on the type of cleaner, which will work very well when the installed brush barely touches the top of the straw fiber. Do not install the brush so low that it can be inserted into grass fibers, stuffing or padding. When the brush installation is too low, it will damage the turf and affect the filling. We do not recommend cleaning the soil with the cleaning machine.
(3) temperature limitation
In summer, if the temperature exceeds 33 degrees, please do not use the cleaning machine.
(4) vehicle emission
To prevent fire or to melt grass fibers because of high temperatures, do not park vehicles on turf without stalling. No matter what vehicle you use, do not exhaust the vehicle's gas in the sports field.
(5) oil spill, etc.
Keep lubricants, greases, liquids from spilling over or dropping onto your turf surface during the cleaning process, as these liquids can discolor the turf fiber and must not spill battery-like acidic liquids onto the grass.
(6), frequency
Generally, loose garbage is cleaned only when it is needed. In the frequent use of artificial grassland, it is usually cleaned twice a month.
4. Remove stains:
In most antifouling fibers, polyethylene is well known because most stains are caused by moisture, but polyethylene itself does not absorb moisture. Therefore, the "stains" on polyethylene fibers should be cleaned with clear or soapy water. The stain on artificial grass is easy to clean before it dries and hardens. Remove solid or putty stains.
First scrape with a scraper, then use a towel, clothes or paper to dry the excess liquid.
Three. Procedures to remove stains and other defects:
1, "water like" dregs:
These stains are best removed with mild, granular household cleaners, and typical "water" stains are cleaned with a strong fiber brush. First wash with soap and water, then rinse thoroughly with soap. If necessary, use absorbent towels to dry.
2, racking stains or oil stains:
Carbon sticks, furniture stains, lipstick, metal polishers, cooking oil, rubber scratches, shoe oil, sunscreen oil, ball-point pen oil, etc., can be dipped in a sponge perchloroethylene wipe, with strong adsorption towel to dry. Paint, paint, etc. should be removed in time, can be used turpentine or paint remover wipe, with detergent and water to remove dirt. Then rinse the detergent with cold water, wipe it with force, dip it in a sponge with perchloroethylene, and repeat it if necessary. Nail polish can be wiped with acetone. Paraffin wax, wipe it vigorously or sponge it with all vinyl chloride. Wipe the tar and bitumen vigorously, or sponge it with all vinyl chloride to wipe it.
Note: mineral paints and other solvents containing petroleum are flammable substances. Do not smoke or ignite near containers or solutions to ensure good ventilation.
3, gum can be sprayed into small pieces after freon, then remove residue.
4, fungus or mildew point can be poured into 1% of hydrogen peroxide, wipe thoroughly after the use of water immersion.
Caution: do not shoot water with more than 300PSI powerful jet gun. This will damage the grasslands.
