We can simple check the quality of football artificial turf from four aspects.
The first aspect is the appearance, football artificial grass need uniform color and smooth straight edges. The function line width size and positioning are accurate, the size of functional area with the standards. There is no clear gap between the two turf joints, the bond is compact. Site roughness error is not more than 3 meters ruler 1cm.
The second aspect is the thickness of the auxiliary material and the filler, the thickness is determined by the actual length of the stem, grass is higher about 5 mm than the rubber particles.
The third aspect is flatness and slope, since the thickness of the artificial lawn is determined by the length of the grass, and the length of the grass is fixed, if the foundation of the flatness, slope are checked, no longer need artificial grass flatness and slope detection.
The fourth aspect is the point bit line distance, each department size, marking line should meet the requirements of the drawings, the tolerance should be within the specified range.
