1, the line becomes loose
After a long period of use, white lines and seams are likely to become loose or broken. The seam of the artificial turf should be checked for cleanness and dryness without moisture before bonding. The construction site temperature of the artificial turf should be selected above 5 °C. It is not suitable for construction in rainy days or rainy seasons. Otherwise, the bonding time will be too long, and even the non-stick phenomenon will occur, and the degumming will be obvious afterwards. Site usage decreased.
2, the filling rubber becomes hard
Over time, the packed bed sinks, the particles sink, and the compression becomes a thick layer. This wear process can be minimized by proper daily maintenance. The rubber itself will also harden over time, which will seriously reduce the sporting performance of the stadium. If the fiber is still in good condition at this time, then re-repair will be the best choice; if the fiber is also worn, the site will need to be rebuilt with a new artificial turf.
3, fiber wear
Artificial turf fibers and filled rubber are the most severely worn parts during the use of artificial turf fields. If the fibers of the lawn become loose or broken, the lawn is worn out, which reduces the density of the pile and the length and thickness of the fibers.
4, the deformation of the foundation
The foundation will eventually be deformed, so that running on it is not as comfortable as it used to be. Deformation of the foundation is often due to the use of inferior raw materials; improper use can also cause deformation of the foundation, for example, allowing an overweight machine to enter the court. A good foundation is longer than the expected life of the lawn and can be used for about 30 years.
