1. Paving
Roll out and pave the artificial grass rolls on a dedicated site and fix them in place. The seam between two turfs should not be too wide. It should be no more than the gap between two fiber rows. At the same time, the inclining directions of two turfs’ fibers should be the same.
2. Application and Adhesion
During the deployment, keep the distance between two artificial turfs, pave seam tapes beneath and apply the glue. In the process, there should be no overlapping between the artificial grass turfs. Roll and compact the grass turfs to keep them down to the ground.
3. Rolling and Compacting
During this process, keep the artificial lawn completely stuck to the ground. The roller machine should run in one direction without to and fro.
4. Preliminary Checking
Check the flatness of the fake lawn to see if there is bulging at the seams and if the adhesion is firm. If there are waste materials at the site, clean them in time.
5. Quartz Sand and Rubber Granule Infilling
Infill the fake grass with quartz sands and brush the grass with a brushing machine. If it can’t be done mechanically, do it manually to ensure that the quartz sand layer is flat. Then infill the rubber granules and brush in the same manner.
6. Cleaning and Winding Up
Fake grass outdoors should be examined and maintained regularly. Also examine the materials and the equipment during construction.
Another small tip: When adhering the seam tapes with the synthetic grass turfs, the glue should not be exposed to the air longer than it is allowed.
